The first link brings to the specs. It has a 0 - 3.3v output.
I think I found the answer myself by watching this video;

Shelly1 uses/requires High Voltage switching device, because the GPIO pins can not be used while hooked up to the powernet(while in place/functioning as power switch).
So I have to look for a PIR device that switches the high voltage directly. Regretfully these of B&J are quite expensive.
Maybe this one from Conrad will work as well?
