So what's up with Firmware updates? Got most devices around 1.83 and not able to update anyone. Not Shelly1, 1PM, Dimmer, Bulb, or 2.5. Everyone fails. Not really interested in buying Alibaba stuff to get this working. Something is broken here.

For me, using the "Firmware Archive" on the left hand side https://www.shelly-support.eu/…?shelly-firmware-archive/ and building an update url worked for me. Once you have the device setup in the Shelly App then try building a firmware update url and see if that works for you. That's what worked for me.

Thats kind of my way as well. But I didn't found the rgbw2 device there.

I used http://archive.shelly-tools.de/ .This worked for me as well - couldn't update from 1.7.x to 1.9.3 on several different devices, using the update link generated by http://archive.shelly-tools.de/ worked like a charm.
