Shelly device is already owned by another User, Long ID patch

  • Contact Allterco via the ticket system.

    https://ticket.shelly.support/open.php

    Enter the Device ID and ask to delete all data of the device from the cloud.


    After confirmation from Allterco it should work.

    I've done that and it's now working.

    I actually connected to the device with

    <ip>/longifyid

    which made the id long

    Maybe this might help someone else with the same problem. I'm unware if they removed my device from the cloud or if the command was the only thing that solved the problem.
