shelly 1 cant assign room

  • I have installed 4 shelly 1 devices as a trial run got everything set up and so far I'm impressed however 1 device allows me to add to the app but not assign to a room.


    I can even switch on and off from the app so the shelly is working but when I try add to room I get "error could not get device info connection to device lost.


    wifi signal shouldn't be the issue as I have another shelly 1 installed in the same location.


    have made several resets but always the same issue.

    I've never heard of such a problem.

    You could try clearing the app's cache and data, and then restart the app.

    Kein übergeordnete System. Nur App und WebUI ? mit Cloudverbindung.
